Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Long-handled tools ship in a rigid tube, hand tools and canvas goods in a recycled box. You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.
We ship to all 50 states. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, unused and in its original condition, for a full refund of the item price. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the originating bank account within five business days of the item arriving back with us.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it, including the return cost.
