Description
Blades are hot forged, hardened and hollow ground so the edges meet along a single line of contact. A notch at the heel takes the odd thick stem without twisting the pivot. The tension bolt is adjustable with a coin.
23 inches overall, 9 inch blades, 2.4 lb. Steam-bent ash handles with rubber buffers. Wipe off sap with oil after every session, sharpen with a flat file along the existing bevel. Made in Taiwan to a traditional English pattern.
